How ordering custom merch works
Ordering custom merch from Banner Goods happens in three steps, and you’ll see a proof of exactly what you’re getting before anything is made.
1. Share your idea
Start a project and tell us what you have in mind. When you’re ready to order, send over the product, an approximate quantity, your colors and the date you need it all by, plus your logo or artwork if you have it. More detail means a more accurate quote.
2. Review your quote and proof
You’ll get pricing for the order along with a digital proof: a mockup of your logo on the product that shows size, placement and colors. Request changes until it’s right. Nothing is made until you approve.
3. We make it and ship it
Once the proof is approved, your order goes into production and ships to the address you choose. Working toward a fixed date, like an event or a launch? Mention it at the start so the schedule works around it.
Tips for a smooth order
- Give yourself time. Everything is made to order, so leave room for proofing and production before your date.
- Send the best artwork you have. Vector files keep fine details crisp, especially for embroidery.
- Think about fit. For hats and socks, consider who’ll wear them and whether one size covers everyone.
- Bundle it. Need hats and totes for the same event? Ask for both in one request and get one quote.
Frequently asked questions
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result, and a large PNG also works. If all you have is a small image, send it and we'll go over what's possible.
Do I get to see the design before production?
Yes. You'll get a digital proof of your logo on the product, and production only starts after you approve it.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. Quotes are free and you're under no obligation to order.
